We generally can all clean up our nutrition. So, here’s an easier challenge to try a new approach with smaller goals over a 30-day period.
Set your goal: Think about your goals for just a moment. What do you want from the next 30 days? To lose a few pounds, feel good, finish something you’ve started, or just start eating healthier?
In this challenge, you can choose your goal out of 25 plus choices. In fact, you’ll get to choose a few of them because they are easier in general. When you put some of these smaller goals together, it creates a larger overall finish line.
