What's Bottoms Up?
Bottoms Up has been around for almost 15 years. These proven exercises speak for themselves. We’ve had over 50 IN-PERSON classes over the years and the classes just keep getting larger.
With COVID in the wake of our latest group session, we’ve had to make some adjustments. Although this program works best in-person, we know that not everyone can participate in this way. We’ve developed an opportunity for everyone to participate virtually.






Bottoms Up is a popular class that focuses on the lower body – butt and core.
We all have issues when it comes to our health, they are all just different. Regardless if you are an apple-shape or pear-shape or whatever-shape, this class can transform your body, eating habits, and your overall outlook on your health.
We do small bouts of cardio interval training, full-body exercises, standing toning and floor exercises. See this list of exercises that we generally perform – we give full recommendations and options for any fitness level.
- You do not have to hop or jump.
- Options for injured back, knees, and hips.
- You do not have to have much equipment – just circle bands.
Each class has a different format but a similar flare. We perform many floor exercises as well.
