What is Bottoms Up?

Meet Your Trainer

This course targets the ‘jiggle’ by concentrating on losing body fat with interval training and applying nutrition and specific goals. Each class has a different format but a similar flare to reduce burnout.

Physical Load:

  • Small bouts of interval training
  • Floor toning
  • Weighted exercises
  • Standing toning
  • Repeated exercises to achieve the ‘burn’
  • All areas of the glutes and core
  • Total body exercises to balance results
  • Overall balance and stamina
  • See this list of exercises that we generally perform

Modifications:

  • You do not have to hop or jump
  • Options for injured back, knees, and hips.
  • You do not have to have much equipment – just circle bands.

How Motivated Are You?

These classes will literally kick your butt, but, you CAN DO THIS! 

ANY LEVEL of fitness is welcome.  Each session there are seasoned members and brand new ladies who have never worked out before. So don’t worry, there will be modifications for all fitness levels.
