- You do not have to have much equipment – just circle bands.
- Each class has a different format but a similar flare. We perform many floor exercises as well.
Equipment Needed:
Fitness Circle Bands. I approve of these for full movement and excellent structure to maintain the quality of the band as you perform exercises within this course. By them off Amazin for way cheaper. There is also a class with a large stability ball.
