Having six children in six years and a husband that supports me in all I do, has given me much to live for. However, the reason why I live and love life is because of Jesus. After receiving my bachelor’s from ORU, I decided to get more training to hone my skills.
I’m a normal mom, I love chips and salsa, date nights, and early morning runs. I love missions trips and helping serve at church (my favorite is VBS).
I am an author, certified personal trainer, multi-certified fitness instructor, wellness and life coach. Two of my favorite classes I teach are Bottoms Up: a class dedicated to working your bottom up through your core, and Water Shred – my home-grown aqua classes. There’s nothing like having a blast while exercising in the warm sun (sun block, sunglasses, and laughing required).
I enjoy speaking, sharing, and training women how to live a super-charged victoriously healthy life with a Godly focus. From women’s retreats and ministry events to live fitness classes and conferences, I share God’s plan to be healthy from the inside out (starting with our relationship with Him).
