What Shred


Summer is time for outside fun, including exercise. Water exercise is rated as one of the TOP exercise regimes you can do for your body—regardless of age. Water Shred is a class unlike others. These group classes are 45 minutes and include warmup, cardio, strength, flexibility, balance, stretching, toning, endurance, nutritional coaching, and just a whole lotta fun!

Who is it for?

Water Shred is for anyone (teens on up). These classes are aimed at adults, but some young teens take classes with their moms. Typically these classes are female based. If you have an injury; knee, shoulder, back or if you have a metabolic issue or fibromyalgia or arthritis, etc, these classes are a great fit—with modifications to suit your needs.

You do not need to know how to swim to take these classes. We offer water weights for all classes that can be used as a floatation device. Wealso provide water noodles. The shallow end is 3.5 feet deep and the deeper end is 6 feet deep. It is a heated saltwater pool.

Learn from the best

Sarah Hansel has instructed over 800 water aerobics classes nationally and internationally. She is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and in AED/CPR. She is an author, speaker and wellness coach. She has choregraphed competitive cheer teams for years and loves to dance. 

Morning Classes

We meet on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays weekly. Choose which days and times you want to attend on a WEEKLY BASIS. (You have a vacation - no prob!)

Evening Classes

We meet on Monday & Thursday evenings, Choose which times you want to attend on a WEEKLY BASIS. (You have a vacation - no prob!)
